SOV Builder
Score and submit a full Statement of Values in under 60 seconds.
Magic Upload
Drop in a messy SOV from a client and PerilScore figures out the rest. Supported formats:
- XLSX / CSV — column headers don't have to match a template. PerilScore identifies the address, construction, year built, and TIV columns automatically.
- PDF — including scanned tables. Vision AI extracts the addresses; you review before scoring.
Submissions of 10 addresses or fewer return scored in real time. Larger SOVs run in the background and email you when ready (typically under a minute).
Manual builder
No spreadsheet? Type addresses one at a time at /sov/new/. The address picker auto-completes US addresses and scores each row in the background as you go. Drafts auto-save — close the tab and resume later.
Bulk scoring
Need just the scores, no SOV packaging? Use bulk scoring for up to 50 locations per batch, returned in under 60 seconds. Useful for triaging a renewal book or pre-flighting an inbound submission before you commit to a full SOV.
Multi-building ACORD-140
Every scored SOV generates an ACORD-140 Property Section PDF with a building per page plus a schedule appendix listing all locations. COPE fields populate from PerilScore's risk + property data so you don't re-key. Download from the report view or have it emailed back to you when you use email-in.
Shareable report URL
Each SOV gets a public, mobile-friendly URL with the map, per-building scores, and Submission Health Score. Send it to a wholesaler, an underwriter, or your client. Recipients don't need a PerilScore account to view it.
Risk, exposure completeness, and submission health
These measures answer different questions and should be read separately:
- Risk scores (0-10) help triage the relative hazard risk at a property. Higher means higher risk.
- Exposure completeness (A-F) shows how complete the property information is and how likely the next reviewer is to need assumptions or follow-up. It is not a risk or loss score.
- Submission Health (0-100) summarizes the overall readiness of the SOV for review. Higher means more of the expected submission information is present.

Submission Health Score
A 0-100 score on the report summarizes how complete the SOV is for review. The score considers:
- Address geocode confidence
- COPE field completeness (construction, occupancy, protection, exposure)
- TIV present and reasonable
- Distance-to-coast / fire station / hydrant data populated
- Year built, square footage, roof type populated
Use the listed gaps to decide what information to verify or add before sharing the submission.
