How PerilScore works

Enter a US address
Type any residential or commercial US address into the scoring form. PerilScore validates and geocodes the address automatically.

Get a multi-peril risk score
Results are returned in seconds. You get individual scores for all six natural perils, standalone crime context, a composite overall score, and property data including construction type and fire station proximity.

Download, share, or move on
Download a PDF report for your records, or share a secure link with a client or colleague. All scores are saved to the Scores page automatically.
