Guides and answers for using PerilScore

PDF and Sharing

How to download reports and share results with clients or colleagues.

Downloading a PDF report

A formatted PDF report is available for every score. The PDF includes:

  • Property address and a satellite map image
  • Composite risk score, six natural peril scores, and standalone crime context
  • COPE data: construction type, occupancy, fire protection, and number of stories
  • Nearest fire station name, distance, and response time
  • Key risk factors for each applicable peril
  • Not-applicable peril explanations

How to download

  1. Open any score from the Scores page or from the score result page
  2. Click the Download PDF button in the top action bar
  3. The PDF will open in a new browser tab and can be saved from there

Sharing a score via link

You can share any score with a client, prospect, or colleague using a secure shared link. The recipient does not need a PerilScore account to view the report.

How to share

  1. Open any score from the Scores page or from the score result page
  2. Click the Share Score button in the top action bar
  3. Enter the recipient's email address
  4. They will receive a branded email with a direct link to the report

What the recipient sees

The shared report shows the same information as your report: property address, map, all peril scores, COPE data, and fire station info. It does not include any of your account details or branding unless your plan includes white-label features.

Shared report access

Shared report includes

  • Property address and map
  • Six natural peril scores + crime context
  • Composite score and risk band
  • COPE data
  • Fire station info
  • Key risk factors

Not included in shared report

  • Your account name or email
  • Other scores in your history
  • Your team or organization details
  • Billing or subscription information

White-label branding

If your plan includes white-label features, you can upload a logo and set a brand color. These will appear on shared reports and the PDF, replacing the default PerilScore branding. Contact us to learn about plan options.
