Email intake

Score an SOV without opening the app.

Email-in: [email protected]

Forward an SOV from your inbox to [email protected] and you'll get a scored XLSX, multi-building ACORD-140 PDF, and shareable report URL replied back within 60 seconds.

Three input shapes are supported:

  • Attachment (XLSX, CSV, or PDF) — runs through the Magic Upload pipeline.
  • Address list in the body (newline or comma-separated) — runs through bulk scoring.
  • Single address in subject or body — returns a single-property report.

Submissions are matched to your account by sender email. Forward from the email address you registered with.
